Impressive feature set which allows do replace MS Exchange in full while using a fraction of the resources. It scales from 5 to 50000+ users very well and you can integrate it with your preferred applications.

Cons

The admin interface doesn't include all the features required to manage complex installations but as it's made to be integrated with Active Directory/LDAP and many types of environments including software appliances then it can be managed even better by third party management tools.
